Hello, thank you for stopping by.
This is a request, art trade, and gift for my friend azalanz. It's from an anime called Lotte no Omocha! / ロッテのおもちゃ!, and she's the mother of the main character. 
And it also served as a testbed for me to try some new silhouette-painting technique. Still not used to it but I'm quite happy with the result.
